Pn. Rozita binti Ibrahim, the pioneer of Sendayu
Tinggi was associated as an initiative entrepreneur. She was born in Sungai
Besar, Selangor. She is the eldest sister from six siblings. Her father worked
as a school teacher of religion, while her mother is a housewife. She is now
almost 40 years had split up with her husband and had experienced a painful
marriage and divorce. Rozita finish her young life as teenager by married with
her family choice. She became a wife in younger age. In that age, Rozita does not
have the opportunity to think about careers. She spent much of her life with
her family while helping her husband tappers, supplying food and make contract
farming on immigrants as well as running a grocery business in Felda Kechau 1,
Gua Musang.
She had gone through the hard and thin of
entrepreneur world. She is the one that hates excuses in her life, and she
believes that every one of us has the right to have a dream and be successful
in our life. She began as early as 20 years old as a rubber tapper to grow up
her children. She takes initiative by starting her business with the start-up
budget of only RM400 using her own money.
She started up her business by creating a
slimming product of Sendayu Tinggi brand after doing research and experimented
herself as a subject. When she lost her weight and became slim after using her
own slimming product, her colleagues were shocked and wonder how it happened.
Until she realizes that every women wants to lok gorgeous and beautiful. So she
developed her product and go to ‘kedai jamu’ one by one to promote her product.
She failed so many times, but she never gave up and continue to find ways to
market her products. Now, after going through all the obstacles and challenges
in the business world, she had gain the success and her products were well
known all over the country and even the whole Asean.
She is a humble, optimistic and kind
person. She always look forward and looking for opportunities to develop her
business. She has a very clear vision and mission in the business. Now, Sendayu
Tinggi had franchised their products to the other countries like China, Taiwan,
Korea and Japan. She has a dream to make Sendayu Tinggi as a brand to be proud
of by all Malaysian as it is becoming more and more popular among the customers
in other countries. Besides, she is a type of person that always inspires
others to succeed in their life.
