Perceptive is derived from the Latin word percipere which means to obtain or gather. It means that a person is very good at noticing and understanding things and figuring things out. Perceptive people are insightful, intelligent, and able to see what others cannot or do not notice. He or she is also good at gathering information and using his or her senses to take in the world. If people are upset and trying to hide it, a perceptive person is the one who will notice it.
In this study, we have found that John Paulson one of the billionaires demonstrate that being an entrepreneur involves being alert to and aware of business opportunities that may arise. He is very perceptive in identifying a business gap as it emerged and decided to act on it. A good entrepreneur must be able to grab the opportunity arise at anytime to compete with others.
