Foresight is another business traits, it means the ability to predict or the action of predicting what will happen or be needed in the future. Strategic is an important key for foresight. Strategic foresight happens when any planner uses scanned inputs and forecast , alternative futures exploration, analysis and feedback to produce or alter plans and actions of the organization. Steve Job is a suitable example for this trait.
